Many of the credit cards for college students function more as debit cards, which ensures that your student will not get too far into debt during their college years. Having the responsibility of student loans is more than enough of a burden after college, so why increase it?

If you are a traveler, you can earn miles or points towards gasoline to fill that tank that will take you places.
